ガラル地方はゴースト・電気タイプで、ミミッキュの輪の中で進化するんだ

そこでやつらはピカチュウを呪う恐ろしい儀式をしている

ピカチュウは毎世代で進化する実質唯一のポケモンだからこういうのもいいだろ

I thought up another regional Raichu. A Gengar-esque Ghost/Electric Raichu that evolves by a circle of Mimikyus doing a creepy ritual around a fainted Pikachu. It'd be rad if Pikachu was the only pokemon to get a new regional evo every gen.
